I think the layout looks real nice. Clean and modern. Most Genesis theme's are. So good there.

You should have social "connect" buttons in the side bar. Share buttons are good, but you also want to give people an easy way to connect with you. At the very least Google+ and Twitter. Pinterest, ect if you want.

As for the content, you need images in the content to make it more appealing and more enjoyable to read.

I only read the first post, so this is only for that one. There are many grammar mistakes. It's not terrible, but needs to be improved. (Not that I am a perfect writer myself).

The content doesn't have any personality. It's almost like a lecture, rather that a conversation. And that's not as much fun to read. Not a necessity, but can help a great deal.

I am not a fan of bigger blocks of text, but that might be a personal preference.

And of course you need to get some comments, it helps build trust with your readers/visitors and helps you network with other bloggers, ect.

Of course these are just my opinions :)

Maybe a bigger banner at your page. Probably add in translation as well. You need comments too to attract your reader. I also just started and gonna get review later. I know where my problem is, and still fixing that. Mine is socialconnectprogram.com. The side bar sharing might be a good thing as well for you. Get ppl to share/ like as when they scroll down.

Hi,

You are answering the basics here:
vmblogger.com/how-to-get-quality-readers-for-your-blog

I think...

As an info junkie I like three types of content: deep research, step by step or personal/life wisdom.

I might not be your market, but didn't find any of it.

So some questions:
who is your user?
what's the profile of the person that will be interested in your content?
How your content will resolve his/her problems?
