Does anyone know about best CMS Questions and Answers ?
or can I use wordpress with customized themes to build a CMS for Q & A ?

You can use WordPress to create a Q & A website they have many Q& A Themes available. They also have many Q & A plugins that you can get to help you with that. I personally use WordPress so if you need any help I am more that happy to help you out

@Vannie, Do you think if we use Xenforo or Vbulletin for Q&A website so it will be stronger than Wordpress ?. Because VBB and Xen are integrated more tools to prevent from spamming or hacking..better

ya that could work making it a support community for members to also post feedback and out of the 2 I would go VBB because Xen isn't as powerful.
