Sometimes, I don't like using Google instant search on my PC so can you show me ways How to Turn OFF and ON Google Instant Search permanently?

GO into search search setting in Google home page on right side. here you will find some option to Google search prediction. here you can select never show instant result. then you will not find instant results.
