Where is your traffic coming from? If you have a high CTR then you already have a good traffic source, you just need more of it. Some backlinks are helpful, but not many and not 100% needed if you have a good source already utilizing social media. Just make sure it's relevant. Set clear steps...

Really any relevant link from a site equal to or greater than your own. The key that many miss with the idea of relevancy is that you should be looking for RELATED, not competitive. So, if you have a shoe store, then get a link from a clothing site, not another shoe store. You should be looking...

Interesting question.... I would think when Google follows the link to a blocked page it would either penalize the linking site as going to a "broken" link or dismiss it entirely. But maybe not....anyone else??

They used to have an impact years ago, but not so much anymore. If you can find a good one that isn't an article dump full of spam, then you might get some benefit, but personally I avoid them now. It's more effective in the long run to get just a few good quality, relevant backlinks, then to...

Thread moved to Programming, as you are looking to buy a script, not a full website. Be careful of the low cost turnkey ones, as I had one years ago and it was full of bugs. Better to spend the extra to get one tailored to your own specific needs.

More people in the mood to buy one day than the next day. Also, depending on where your ads are showing can be affected by the news of the day, as diet ads on news sites have a higher conversion rate.

Yes, there are a few, but no, I don't recommend any, as they all can, and often will, pull the plug on you without notice or appeal. I went through several over the years and hated all of them. There was 1 or 2 listed here, but not sure how active they are now. Might be worth a look though...
