In PHP - I would like to know the quickest way to implement a WP plugin - are there any "templates"?

With learning to program on a new platform/language - I recommend that you start off with the traditional "hello world" program as then you learn the bare bones basic and can then scale it up from there... For the above, I use mainly Python and the Python libraries listed below:

Scikit-Learn
Matplotlib
SciPy

I also do web development using the Python framework Web2py.

I'd like to mention Developer (he's a mod on here).

I've actually worked with him on a project before and he just freaking knows everything. He specializes in PHP web development and I'm serious, this guy really knows his stuff. He knows:

Java
PHP
JavaScript
Graphic design

Actually I think we'd save time by talking about what he doesn't know LOL!

As for me, I'm a full-stack web developer. I do everything except for graphic design.
