How is Mrapidhost as compared to M3server?

Hi there,
From banners on this forum, I am considering to choose a VPS from Mrapidhost.com or M3server.com. Can anyone share some comparison in terms of RAM, CPUs, scalability, ease of setup, pricing?

The biggest difference for me since they both offer multiple VPS packages is price, DDoS and control panels. For example, M3 uses a proprietary control panel while Mrapid offers cPanel/WHM. If you had to migrate your services down the road, going from cPanel to cPanel would be much simpler.
