I guess you're asking how to make a landing page?

There are a lot small things that can be tweaked here. I'll try to point you in a general direction but this really could be a whole blog post for an answer.

Landing page should be attractive and clean. Use an approprate background image or texture. Don't clutter it with a bunch of text. There is no need to have website navigation, one link to the homepage is just fine.

Care that the text and the background are in a good contrast. There should not be a lot of text there so the thing you write should matter. Let the potential prospect know why they should take you up on your offer (you can to that by placing some testimonials or with a short list of the content you are providing or with a short list of what they are geting etc.)

Make sure your Call To Action button stands out. It is always great to have some graphical content that presents your offer like a book cover as one of the more popular examples but this depends on the lead magnet type you are offering.

Also, make sure your landing page is responsive.

A few thing form the top of my head, hope it helps :)

Landing page is really very crucial part of the SEO. but you can manage it very easily with making a simple check list. in your check list you can enter following details.

1) Meta title and description
2) proper heading tags
3) proper and unique content
4) Good site navigation
5) Proper internal and external linkings.
6) Proper keyword mapping.

If the first look of your Landing page doesnt make you feel like “oh, this is yummy”, than work harder. That’s all for the look!

As for on-page factors consider “content with purpose” your best strategy.

1. Text,
2. titles,
3. H-tags,
4. Anchors,
5. images - EVERYTHING! - should serve it’s purposes.

Title should be grabby but dont forget that also should answer the question “Why the hell am I reading this”.

Peops these days wont spend a sec for something they can fathom withing few secs. Geddit?

Write up the content like a normal page on your website, but focus on the attention grabbing content and be sure to get that on there.

funnel people to your call to actions so there is an increased chance of selling something :D
