Is it possible to let your facebook page redirect to a url?
Or are there any other social media platform that let's you customize the page it so you can redirect?

Would be pretty cool, because most forums and blogs lets you share your social media pages but not a url.
So this way you'd get easier links.

1) No Facebook does not allow anything like that.

2) It's the kind of thing Google would frown on and potentially penalize a website for.

That's a pitty, althought I wouldn't know why any social media platform would ever want that.

I'm sorry that I didn't explain it well, I meant that I don't understand why social media platform would let you redirect to a url. Because this would make them lose visitors and annoy a lot of people.
But yes, google would not like this at all.

Hi!

You can share your thing or post on your facebook page. But redirecting a facebook page. Well thats quite a messy idea my friend.

You can do some work on using shortening the URL and then using that link to redirect.
