I am creating a new site for new niche that I researched, the domain is included with a good keyword in it but i check .com extension and it is bought by another person. Should i buy .net and .org instead? Does that cause any problems later?

.net is better for individual and .org is better for organization.
For a niche site, I would definitely go with a .net domain that includes your keyword, preferably at the beginning.

First try adding an additional word and see if you can get that .com Use .net only if you absolutely have to. Forget all other TLDs. ,com always rules.. .net is second.

You'll build your great website at .net.
And then one day, the guy who owns .com, sets up his shop there. And you will end up driving traffic to their site, because many people will enter .com by mistake.
Having said that, most usable .coms are taken, unfortunately.

What is your niche? Perhaps, I or somebody else could sell you a .com cheaply.
