Can I use blogger blog spot as a landing page for CPA offers?

I wanted to try PPC ad campaign for my CPA offers, but I don't have a website to land traffic for my CPA offers. I'm just wondering that can I make Google blogger blog spot as my landing page. I want to write an article review about the products that I'm sharing from CPA offers. Is it going to work or not? I need a suggestion from the affiliate marketer so that I can try this method for CPA offers.

Please let me know about more ideas to how to use my PPC ad campaigns more better for CPA offers.

I would stay away from google blogger blog spot wont do you any good.

Just get a domain and hosting and whack up a one page landing page.

What reasons behind this?
Unless you will say it is hard to edit web pages there or Google doesn't like CPA offers on their blog network.

Do you have any other suggestions if I don't have any other websites? I heard that there are a lot of PPC ad network who let you use right CPA offers links to advertising. Do you have any idea which PPC ad network and CPA network where I can is tart without any landing page as beginners? Please let me know about your suggestions and thoughts regarding CPA offers.
