How comes my SSL is not showing the green pad lock?

My site doesn't show the green pad lock anymore when it did before.

    Any ideas why this is?

If your site is on your web server, I think the issue is that you do not have a valid
security certificate associated with your web server address, to enable to page to show up as secure
(and thus, showing the green padlock in the web browser URL window).

Maybe the cert is from an un-trusted source? Check with your hosting company and see what they think may be the problem.

How much did you pay for SSL service from NameCheap?
Nowadays more providers are offering free ssl like cloudflare, letsencrypt..why don't you give them a try.

If you are using cPanel then you don't need to pay this fee.
Just installing letsencrypt and it is a free SSL for your websites.

Maybe it is a wrong type of certificate, or poor seller, or wrong implementation something from that

Because you didn't read news on websites or forums so you didn't know about that.
Not only Letsencrypt, you can have free SSL for your websites by using Cloudflare or have Openssl from your cPanel. Just enabling it
