Anyone exchanging Bitcoin for an Altcoin with a trading strategy?

Currently I am not trading any crypto currencies including Bitcoin. However, I have tried Bitcoin trading in the past. When I was trading bitcoin, I did not exchange bitcoin with altcoin, instead, I traded with payza, paypal, skrill, neteller funds. Since there was a lot of risk in these transactions, even though the profits were good, I gave up the trading.
