On June 21, I removed my http site from Google Webmasters and added the https version and requested reindexing via "Fetch as Google." I did this for a few pages, and some of them I added "all linked pages" to get my main pages indexed again.

I also provided them the URL of my sitemap.

Today, July 3rd, Google says regarding my sitemap "59 URLs submitted -- 1 URLs indexed" and the Fetch as Google page says:

Indexing requested for URL and linked pages 6/22/17
Indexing requested 6/22/17
etc. for my 6 pages.

I wouldn't worry about what it says in Search Console.

How many pages do you see when you use the 'site:' command in the Google search bar?

Search Console sometimes takes weeks or longer to update.

By the way, removing your site from the index to make the change to HTTPS was a terrible idea. All you needed to do was a proper 301 redirect of the non-HTTPS pages to the HTTPS pages. You should still do that redirect. Otherwise you lose any links and authority that the old non-HTTPS pages had.
