Most hosting companies will move your site from your old server to your new one. Just ask them.

yes, ask your hosting provider to transfer your site. Some of the hosting companies provides free website transfers. However you can manually transfer the site yourself. Just download all of your files and database and upload it to the new server. Edit the config files to put the database and file path details.

You can have someone do it for you professionally or ask your host to do it. Asking your host is the best method, since they know their way around the software. They own and operate it after all. You should really back up your site before ANY kind of migration is implemented and activated. Anything can go wrong and you could lose everything. Big risk.

It totally depends on what type of access you to have on both the server. If you have only the account level access without shell then you will need to download all the files to your local computer through FTP then upload it to your destination account. Same with the databases. If you have shell access, then you can copy the website data from old account to new account.

Usually, the new web hosting company will have the complete website migration services. Do check with them as I have come across some that do not provide this services.

And a few will offer Free Migration for your site, if you take up the hosting for at least 1 year. Others will charge you a nominal fees.

Even though the OP said no backups, if you value your data, you'll perform backups anyway. Way too much can go wrong in migration regardless of how it's performed.

I use VPSrobots to migrate my website from one server to another without any backup and any help of web hosting providers. Here is the tutorial for website migration, please follow this article.
Additionally, I absolutely agree with SenseiSteve, you ought to back up your website anyway. Also, keep the original website active for one week at least. In case, anything goes wrong during website migration, the original website is still accessible.

Does there any way to migrate a live website from one server to different server without getting the backup?
It is so easy by zipping all your website data and using wget in SSH to move your data from a server to another server without backing up. Of course is, you need to have your own server, at least a VPS or dedicated server with SSH access.

You can ask web hosting migration to the company where you want to move it. And website migration doesn't cost you.

Almost all hosting providers perform website migrations. Try to find out one of the best providers and take help from them to get it done.

Without backup - i assume you don't have access to the root directory, for one reason or another.

If your site is still live you can scrape it manually (assuming it's not too big). If you need to do it via a bot, check github, there are free scrapers you can use.

However if your site is no longer live, there is a chance you do have a backup - check the 'waybackmachine'. They backup everything on the www. If your site is on it, you can get the files from there via third-party scraping services. Some are free.

It just a matter of few clicks, there are providers who give you assistance in migrating your website from one service provider to another at an ease . you just need to keep domain in unlocked state and share the EPP code with the new service provider after placing your order. The website will be migrated after this in some business days
