Did you try to promote your services or products on Facebook and got any benefits from that? if yes what are the best offers to promote on Facebook? please share your experience!

Basically Facebook is good for "Branding." Google, Bing etc is good for "Sales."

People don't go to Facebook to buy. They do go to search engines to buy though.

Now, Facebook could be used for "impulse" buys. But it's much better to use it for branding, email list building etc.

And I'd like to add something...

Facebook is also good for building relationships, and
those relationships can lead to sales. It's just not a
very fast process and will take some time.

The key is to provide value, especially in groups.
That will hopefully demonstrate your expertise, and
then people are more likely to buy from you.

You can sell info products using Facebook groups that are based on Affiliate and Internet Marketing. They are some that are good at this. You know a lot of Newbies are on those groups looking for the shinning objects.

Awesome idea and I will try this.

Honestly I promote my site on these groups but never think I will promote products directly on them.

Make sure your group provides some value. Lately I tried to join some Affiliate marketing groups in Facebook and more than a half were trash with nothing more than silly ads... Even if your main goal is to advertise something in your group, do not measure your content to ads only. Provide some useful info, encourage members to interact, etc. Hope this helps.

I recently used Facebook ads to promote our brand, I have seen some obvious traffic increase.
