Can we submit a website to all major search engine at a time?

You don't need to. If your site is good, they will find it very fast.

Not really, however you can speed up the indexing process by submitting the site to Google webmaster and Bing webmaster. Because our privacy is anyway invaded, search engines have access to databases of information they will eventually find sooner or later about a new domain that supposedly is not indexed. Google Chrome browser which is owned by Google, everything you type in the address bar is sent to Google. :rolleyes2:

Webmaster submission helps lot. Also SE submission sites are available. High PR sites can do submission
