I need these...

OpenSSL PHP Extension
PDO PHP Extension
Mbstring PHP Extension
Tokenizer PHP Extension
XML PHP Extension

I only see "Mbstring" in my cPanel. I asked the host about these extensions, they said I can enable through cPanel.

How could I find it...?

You can install PHP extension from EasyApache, for that you have to login to WHM and customize your installed packages.
You can also check detailed steps to install PHP extension.
