How to block Youtube ads on your smartphone?

I could block Youtube ads on my browser when I waitched videos on my PC but I could not block Youtube ads on my smartphones. It redirected to Youtube app which I can not use tools or adblock to block ads. My question is, how can I block Youtube ads on my smartphone?

If you want to avoid YouTube Ads, you can pay a subscription fee to use YouTube Premium.
YouTube Premium doesn't show Ads to its subscribers.
This is the only best way of watching Ads-free YouTube.

I second just paying the subscription if ads bother you that much. Yes they are annoying but what if everyone blocked your ads? You would be out of business pretty quick.
