Differences between mysql_fetch_object(), mysql_fetch_row() ?

mysql_fetch_object – Returns an object with properties that correspond to the fetched row and moves the internal data pointer ahead. Returns an object with properties that correspond to the fetched row, or FALSE if there are no more rows

mysql_fetch_row() – Fetches one row of data from the result associated with the specified result identifier. The row is returned as an array. Each result column is stored in an array offset, starting at offset 0.

Now we use less these functions to retrieve data from database, It's basic fuctions for beginners, You can use Mysql class with OOP or it's easy to do with template engines integrated database classes.

Note that they do essentially the same thing:
An array is an object.
and only a commodity changes the syntax of writing.

It is better anyways to use PDO as mysql_* is getting dropped soon.

I use both PDO and MySQLi, however since I have been using MySQL for years I prefer coding with MySQLi
