Both are different features and serve the different purpose so you can't compare them. Share is used to increase the visibility of that post to more and more people while like increase the value of post.

It depends. "like" and "share" have different functions. If you like your friend's picture,for example, you can click "like" but you don't necessarily have to "share" it in your wall.
