I have come across many payment processors while I have been making money online as I was trying different sites which used different payment processors so I eventually had to sign up on different payment processors in order to receive my payments into them.
Below is a list of some popular payment processors, which one is your point of view is the best one:-
1) Paypal.
2) Payza.
3) Perfect Money.
4) Web money.
5) Egopay.
6) Solid Trust Pay.
If the one you love is missing, you can still state that payment processor and let everyone know which payment processor is best according to you.
In my view Perfect Money, Paypal and Payza are top of the list for me.
I like to use these payment processors a lot, however it is very difficult for me to determine which one is the best for me but I think I would go with Paypal right now as Payza only supports a bank wire in my country which charges $25 on other hand Perfect money is second for me.

Paypal has always been the most reliable and best way for online transactions. BTW you have missed out "Bitcoins" - you must have missed out or might not have an experience with it.

Stripe is definitely the best. I have been using PayPal for 6 years. It's been great but definitely not the best. That's the beauty of the Internet and IT age, new and better companies keep sprouting out. If a company's over 5 years old, chances are, it's not the best any more.

Paypal is best option and most trusted way to make online payments.

using third party payment gateways directly integrated with your online payment portal and bank account is also the best option. As you could get the money instantly & directly in your bank account.

All of the payment processors you listed are good. However to make a decision you have to consider the following aspects. The decision should be made based on the following criteria: total transaction volume, your physical location (e.g. in US, outside US), services for which payments are collected (high risk vs low risk), types of payments accepted (credit cards, debit cards, ACH), currencies in which payments are processed, processing fees that you are willing to accept.
For example, for a micro merchant (with low volume) it is quite difficult to get a merchant account; thus the best possible solutions are PayPal and Stripe which specialize in micro merchants. But medium size and large merchants might find their services limiting and they have to look for payment processors which meet their specific requirements.
There is a blog 'Paylosophy' where under the section 'Payment Solutions' you can find an article 'Payment Processing Solutions' where you can find some more useful information.
Hope it'll help.
