How a business owner can take loan from banks and other sources? what are the conditions for getting loan and limitations also.

If you are starting a online business, I would say try the smaller and local banks first. People have been getting a lot of luck with Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). They fund plenty of small start ups with great ideas.
