Do you prefer drinking soda? If so, which? Do you prefer milk? coffee? tea?

My favorite thing to drink is eggnog, however, since you only get it around Christmas, Coke is my favorite thing to drink. I'm a big soda person.

Beer followed by scotch.

It has to be good scotch though. Always go for single malt and at least 15 years aged. I usually never buy scotch that is under $80/bottle. It's just not worth it to drink cheap scotch.

Hate soda. Almost never drink it. Just looking at the ingredients and thinking about putting that in my body makes me want to throw up.

$80!!! you poor sod. And here was me thinking £29 for a 15yo Dalmore was a rip off. In 1980 I was buying 1939 Macallan for £64 a case. Can't believe how the prices have leapt up. Must be all you foreigners drinking it...

Best whisky I ever drank was actually a blend, Old Mull, from 1912. Then it was 70% malt and there were only 5 whiskies used in it. It turned up in 1985. It had been sitting in bond since 1914, in bottle but with a plain cork, and as the chairman said it disproved the idea that whisky stops maturing once it's bottled.

If you ever see a bottle of Royal Strathythan grab it. Might change your mind about blended scotch. It's so much better than Chivas Regal.

There are some fine cognacs as well which might fool you. I used to really enjoy putting Delamain cognac among a selection of malts when people were being snobby about malt whisky and asking them to tell which one of five wasn't a malt. Very few could.

I mostly like water and tea. Tea is kind of like my coffee substitute as I drink caffeinated tea. Plain water has gotten redundant and boring lately, so I have been drinking flavored water or adding fruit to it to mix things up.

Alcohol like scotch isn't much better for you. :p Especially at that price. For $80 I could get enough soda to last me a long time.

I can't stand water, and tea tastes terrible. lol

I am not too picky, really. I will drink what ever is around, other than actual beer--I only drink liquor. Soda wise, I will drink anything that is near by. I don't mind Coke or Pepsi or anything else like Dr. Pepper. I don't do black coffee, I will, however, drink a nice moca.

My daily liquid intake usually consists of the following: 10-12 glasses of water, 1 cup of black coffee, 1-2 cups of tea, 1-3 shots of scotch on the rocks.

Hm, Pepsi is a good drink in my opinion, especially with some Bacardi in it. When I can't get either, I will usually settle with a Grey Goose / 7-up.
