How to revert updated version to previous one?

Hi, I have recently updated my Samsung note 2 to android kitkat 4.4, and it seems my emails are not working properly, sms keeps flickering from the default sms to GoSMSpro. I want to revert my recently updated android kitkat 4.4 to its previous android version.

Please help.
