Is there no way to auto submit to Digg?

It seems like it could be so easy to theow an rss to digg with services like hootsuite, dlvrit and ifttt, but nobody offers this. A long time ago syndicating your newsfeed on dogg would have been good, is nobody persuing the rss to digg because its just not worth it maybe?

I don' think it's just a matter of an RSS feed, don't you need an API provided from the service? And then when you open the doors it gets abused.
