Which will be more beneficial for my new developed website? I am bit confused between SEO and PPC. Should I go for PPC because I want immediate results or can SEO also provide instant results for my website to rank better and quickly?

No doubt PPC gives you instant results, but require high qualified professionals, as if you are running small or medium company, seo is a good idea.
If you go with PPC, there is a waste of time as initially it happens.
In pPC more you are paying, but not getting results according to your expectations, there is worthless to do pPC.

SEO is a good idea it takes time but results are relevant, even the small and medium companies are equivalent competing with big companies with seo strategy.
As seo is not alone SMO is also enjoyed with seo for effective results.

SEO & PPC, both are useful to market your business.

SEO: long term results
PPC: short term results (only till the campaign budget, then it disappears)

SEO: takes a long time to achieve 1st page ranking
PPC: faster & can be on the sponsored ads listing when you run your campaign

No Doubt SEO is Best option for new developed website, but choose the company that gives quality Work, not Black hat... or any other irrelevant techniques.

I think it's depend on your marketing campaign which one is best for you. As far as I concern SEO is more better in compare to PPC.

it depends on your goal, competition and your budget. If you have a very low keyword competition then you can go with SEO, but if your goal is traffic and rank in just a short period of time then you can go with PPC.

But you should be aware of quality links and bad links.
I think you should follow few easy steps:
1. No spammy, hacked, penalised websites
2. No artificial links with fake parameters
3. No javascript or hidden links
4. No link mills or link networks
5. No pills, casino, fake closing, and other spammy neighbours
6. No other bad features and parameters, which we do not want to disclose publicly
7. Surely good PR.

SEO helps to improve ranking of your website in search engine and it gives cost effective and long term result. If you want to quick result then PPC is good option but its a paid. It gives instant result for a particular period.

SEO is a long term game and you do not survive only with this and to generate instant leads you must focus on the PPC so my advice would be going with PPC until you think that SEO is able to generate enough leads for you.

PPC is paid advertisement, if we pay then it display on Google but SEO is not. If we create links for website with help of SEO off page and social media this is natural link building and it is free. If we get instant traffics for website PPC is good.
