Visually it looks nice, but the site isn't SEO friendly, so I suggest working on that next, unless you aren't looking for organic traffic.

I'm not suggesting flipping the site. Just keep it for the monthly revenue and you've already reached your goal the easy way.

I think it will clutter the SERP with even more sites trying to rank for their keywords, as well as websites with extensions no one will remember, which will be good for the .com's of those site names, as most people by default just type in websitename.com, so those sites will get their traffic :)

Yes, it is based on location, which is why it's more difficult to know your exact ranking for a website targeting international visitors. You have to use more tools for that.

Keep in mind that since the last major Google update they devalued the importance of backlinks and it's now just ONE factor out of 200 that determines your ranking in the SERP.

Yahoo & Bing use the same algorithm since they teamed up awhile ago, but the one Google uses is different. It is MUCH easier to 'game' Yahoo/Bing than Google.

Beware of all the scammers in the SEO niche. There are LOTS of them. I find it funny how they make such great claims to be able to rank a client site for high competition keywords, yet they can't even rank their OWN website for anything. Avoid the fraudsters.

You can also try pinging your updates. I have mine set to do it automatically every time I post and Google now crawls my sites every day.
