Sell in every email or you are just wasting your time. Yes build a list and offer quality free content in your emails but always have a link of some sort to a paid offer.

Bing ads or Facebook ads are your best bets:)

I would go with Bing ads they are cheaper than Adwords by far and convert better in my opinion and Like the comment above me Youtube is great if you promote how to video's. Facebook is a good option as well. P.S. Always collect the email lead first you can always sell to your leads later...

I like Aweber because I have been using it for years but I hear good things about Getresponse as well. I guess it all boils down to features and what you need:) But I would definitely stick between 1 of these 2 choices.

A good tool for blog commenting I picked up recently is called Traffic Aid it basically finds blogs, forums, and everything in between for you to post on for traffic it is a big time saver. Traffic Travis has been around forever you may want to check into that as well:)
