I think the main thing people miss when looking at webmaster work is to treat it like a REAL job because it is. Those who give up discouraged are the ones who thought it would be an easy way to make money, when it isn't. You need to know a LOT of things to be a good webmaster...coding, design...

If you're only willing to spend a buck a month, then there's no reason to get paid hosting at all, as no one charging $1/mth ($12 per year) is going to be in business very long. Just use free hosting for now until you're ready to get serious online and then pay to get real, reliable hosting.

Visually it looks nice, but the site isn't SEO friendly, so I suggest working on that next, unless you aren't looking for organic traffic.

I'm not suggesting flipping the site. Just keep it for the monthly revenue and you've already reached your goal the easy way.

I think it will clutter the SERP with even more sites trying to rank for their keywords, as well as websites with extensions no one will remember, which will be good for the .com's of those site names, as most people by default just type in websitename.com, so those sites will get their traffic :)
