How do i link to a social media site from a website to show ownership?

This website was found to contain some links to Twitter, but none appear to be Twitter accounts associated with this website.
Sign up for a Twitter account and make sure it is linked to from your site, or if you already have one make sure it is public.

that was from a report I just ran, it says the same for facebook, I have direct hyperlinks to the accounts is here something else I need to do?

I think you need to follow what the report says. You need to sync your social media account to your website. Create one or if you already have, have it public. Copy and paste the url of your profile page and linked it to your website.
