Search traffic section is the most importan to most webmasters. Search Analytics >>>Queries

Helps find that "not provided" keyword

ALso good to be notified of any manual actions

But i usually watch Search Analytics for search terms. From this section you can take ideas about impressions, clicks & CTR for search terms.

And fetch as google is very important, if you want to crawl fast any url of your site so it will helpful.

I like Crawl Errors and Links to Your Site best in Google webmaster tool

It helps me what backlinks I am getting from which sites and how many page errors on my site hence I can solve them from there.
