Perhaps the most know what to do, but as someone asked me about it I will offer the simplest solution
There is a Chrome plugin for Google Toolbar Publisher and would recommend to install, is very useful, it connects to your adsense account, you can set which of the sites to be active, and besides that will display your banners above information banner, and revenue for the day, the previous day and last 7 days, will block and accidental clicks on your own ads

Some used different WP plugins hiding their ads but they were not practical prices, you can look to see how it fits into adsense ads page that displays advertisements, etc.

You can check your traffic log in Google analytics and see from where you are getting the instant traffic . Instant traffic can cause the poor clicks. Also use the Cpanel to track the IP address.
