Keep your call-to-action above the fold. I never understood those stupid long CB pages with seemingly endless scrolling to get to the point. If you don't have the visitor's attention without the need to scroll the page then you'll lose them quickly.

You can use your Google webmaster tools to exclude links. I would suggest removing all low quality ones of little to no value. It's all about quality over quantity these days.

I think you'll find opinions on both sides for this one, but personally I don't use them anymore and think they are obsolete. People reading your content have no idea what tages you are using, or even what tags are used for. That's a webmaster thing. I used them years ago when first learning...
