Slightly above average, maybe, but I've been buying & selling websites for 15 years and I need to at least know what the site age, monthly revenue, asking price and what work is needed to run it before making an informed decision. DA & PA means nothing to me, as that's more a concern of newbies...

Do you mean that you want to transfer an old site to a new host? Make sure to have a complete backup of the DB and site files before doing the move.

Price? Website age? Monthly income? Operating cost? Registered where? CMS? Socials? Maintainence? If you want to sell a website then you need to make a proper sales thread with way more information about what you are selling.

Which social media platform is best for affiliate links? Some won't allow them.

Flippa is full of scam listings and dishonest sellers, so best to avoid them anyway. I used to report listings on a daily basis, but even when sellers got banned they just came back with a new account. You can always sell right here on our forum...

I use Bootstrap for ease of use to create sites for clients. Easy to edit, easy to customize, easy to add code....just EASY. Wordpress was the best CMS many years ago, but in the last few years it has become this big, bloated, complicated mess with 10,000 files, even just to make the simpliest...

Elementor is good, but I prefer just adding plugins & a good theme to do what I want. Just don't overdo it or it will slow your site down.

The #1 benefit is to earn money, obviously, but how you go about doing that depends entirely on what you are selling. Marketing shoes is totally different from selling graphic design, for example, but the basics are the same starting point for both. Get the word out!!

There's not really any difference. "Core" just refers to the basic PHP code without using any framework.

Check the sites files on your server for any recent changes (since the date the malware started). It's usually just a simple file hidden somewhere in a folder that you can delete. Wordpress is a pain due to it being such an attack magnet. Make sure you keep it updated.

A small niche forum is a lot easier to build up from scratch, but you may need to hire a poster to get started and then it will eventually gain traction over time.
