Google can be slow, but even 6 months seems like a long time. Do you have a high spam score or some other reason why it might be an issue? Try getting 1 or 2 backlinks (NOT 100's!!) from a site that gets crawled frequently to see if that helps.

A bit of both. Footer for general links, such as contact, privacy policy, etc, and then use specifically relevant links sprinkled in your content.

The basics are still the same regarding content & relevancy, so any blog or forum that follows those basic guidelines should be ok. Forums should be about engagement anyway and a blog is just content presented in a particular format, but still content nonetheless.

Obviously you would want to optimize your local SEO, so be sure to claim your spot on Google maps for your area, Google business, and think like a customer would to find you. Optimization mistakes made early in the game can really hurt your long term strategy.

You need more visuals, such as a homepage screenshot next to each listing. You also need to add a category for ecommerce sites, as that will be your biggest draw for people looking to buy & sell websites. The other categories are far less important these days.

For a classified ads site like yours you need to promote it on related sites, like shopping forums, marketplaces, etc with links that say "Click here to sell your stuff for free!" I also think you have way too many categories and that creates confusion, clutter and dead sections on your site...

With a domain name like "1688club" you'd be better off creating a membership website...maybe for bizopps or something. You have to settle on some kind of consistant content instead of changing it every week or Google will never rank you for anything.
