Have you tried submitting a sitemap? Try getting a backlink from a big site that gets crawled frequently and then link your inner page to the pages of your site not indexed yet. It also takes time. A good SEO strategy is not a fast process.

A .com is always the first choice for anything online.

No, it won't, as the problem is with the actual sitemap itself, not the submitting of it.

The problem, according to the OP is "my blog's links are not appearing in the sitemap.xml", so it's a Wordpress or plugin issue, not a problem with submitting the sitemap itself.

I'd go with Clickbank or CJ for ease of use, but a good match of niche with product vendor is more important than what marketplace you use.
