Never heard of doing that before. Seems like a waste of time to me, but maybe someone has a better solution? Simply NOT spamming is usually the best approach.

TikTok seems like the obvious choice :)

Gaining referrals to an affiliate program using YT does work, but so does FB and other social platforms. I recommend using as many as possible, but use custom links so you know which ones are most effective.
