You have to do a lot of research, reading and testing and be prepared to lose money, as most newbies lose money when they start off before learning from their mistakes.
I started by creating free micro niche blogs with Clickbank products. Took some trial and error but I eventually made my 1st sale and then improved it from there.
You may not have noticed, but this forum isn't an auction website. You can list a site for sale, but there is no auction function. Someone might make an offer though.

I've used a few registrars over the years, but I prefer Name.com because they are the most consistent and they always have renewal discounts every month.
You could simply contact the owner of a relevant niche site you would like to advertise on. Lots of sites offer per placement advertising, including marketplaces such as JuicyAds.
Any particular service you would suggest? I have a list made up of 42000 members from one of my GPT sites, but I've never found anything cost effective to even send out a basic newsletter. Every service wants $200+ a pop.
