I don't think it is a bug from WP or something wrong on your site or even you resubmit sitemap will not help. This affected by Google algorithm updated and changed recent time. :) Traffic dropped not only on your site but more other sites.

In this case, I think you need to contact and wait for their answer. And I also think it is really difficult for you to have their answer because your website violated their terms.

I have a look on it and there are many beautiful art paintings there, I also easily find skilled artists with their paintings. Other than that, I like its layout, logo and colors, I am not sure about its content because it is not in English but I am sure you did a great work there.
