If it is your website then you can use Bing webmaster tool and it will tell you traffic stats of your website. If it is not your website, search this term "Bing Keyword Rank Tracking Tools" on Google and you will find out more tools to help you to check rankings of a website on Bing.

What domain extension are you talking about? is it .com domain? If you don't target visitors at any specific countries then you can use .com and it is the best domain extension to use for all types of websites.
