Hey webmasters,

I've been here for a while now and am excited to interact with all of you. There seems to be a lot of useful posts around here! I am trying to sell video courses online and would like to know the best way to advertise them. The product I'm trying to sell contains 10 videos, around 5 minutes each one and an eBook that accompanies the videos. How to sell online video courses or getting more leads for them?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and strategies!

Hello,

Try building a list. If you don't have one, you can buy ads from list owners.
A quick way to test if your offer converts is to buy some PPC traffic.
Offer a discount if your offer is new so that you can get some reviews.
Hope that helps!

It is really the same process as trying to sell anything else.

1) First identify what type of person would actually buy that course.
2) Figure out what websites that person is spending time on and why and how they are visiting those sites.
3) Then go to those websites and let those people know you have this course that they might like

or

1) First identify what type of person would actually want to buy that type of course
2) Build a website that would attract that type of person (like a blog that offers free advice about topics this person would be interested in)
3) Promote that website using whatever methods make the most sense in your case (maybe SEO, PPC, affiliates, etc.)
4) Use that website to advertise your coarse (banner ads, sales pages, list building w/email marketing)

or

1) First figure out what type of person would want to buy that course you are selling.
2) Implement some other method you come up with for getting that course noticed by those people

In all those situations, the first thing you need to do is to identify as accurately as you possibly can - What type of person would buy that specific course you are trying to sell?
