really cheap CPC traffic source?

do you know some high quality but cheap (i mean really cheap) CPC traffic source where you can get visitor for $0.1 or something like that?

(it can be banner based or pop up based like cpc option from trafficwance etc.)

For 10 cents a click you can get some pretty good traffic from Facebook if you target your market well.

should i bid high in the beginning to get impressions and then slowly change my cpc to $0.1 or i can bid low immediately and get impressions?

I have always just bid the max I want to pay. If I don't get clicks, I re-target my audience a bit. I'm not an expert on this subject, maybe someone that is can give you a more detailed and accurate plan to follow.

I don't personally rely on facebook much as it is after all a social networking site.Try out bidvertiser their rates are pretty low.
