You can put double quote also. Example "www.domain.com". To check all the links of your site.

There are a many tool available on web to check Google banned. In tool simply add your URL and submit.like bannedcheck.com, ctrlq.org/sandbox/ ,"adsense ban checker" etc.

Here i share some tips for help you not to be banned by Google.

- Do not link to links farms (FFA).
- Do not place many outgoing links on a single webpage. If you want to link to more than 100 sites, place links on different pages.
- Do not make search engine manipulation by cloaking. Most likely you will be banned by Google after this.
- Do not sell links just for increasing Google Pagerank.
- If you use a lot of doorway pages, you will be probably banned from Google.

The best way to get unbanned is to follow this steps :

Send an Google Reconsideration Request for getting Unbanned
Provide a Useful Information about the Domain (New Content...etc) and Explain the Solution to the Past Problem.. all what you have to do is adding the most possible proofs that you get ride of the problems that caused the Ban..

Goodluck
