Which CMS Stackoverflow using it ?

I want to build an answer flatform include questions/answers for visitors, they can ask questions and getting answers from others. I'm really cms that Stackoverflow using it, simple but more functions and professional. Do you know that CMS, it's wordpress or something else ?

can you suggest me ?

It's not in Wordpress but custom made in PHP.

That script can be developed by Stackoverflow but web developers built more wordpress plugins or themes as Stackoverflow and you can find one on themes market.

I bought one script like that and integrated into our WordPress system, it ran well but if you want to make a community from this script, should go with a forum cms, it will be more advantages.
