How to find exact match keyword on google

Hi there, in old google keyword tool I was able to search for exact match keyword. in the new google keyword planner I can not search by the exact match. I have read an article that says search by exact match is default in new keyword planner. other people say you have to do some options to show it.

would you please help me from where to get the exact match search. knowing that I do not have an adword account, I am just using the tool with my gmail.

Also if you know other free tool I can use.

using double quote "".. you can find exact match keyword.
Example - "seo for small businesses"

That is not what the OP was asking, and what you said is wrong anyhow. EVERY search is "exact match" in the Google search bar whether you use quotes or not.

The Google Keyword Planner only shows exact match search volume. There is no option to show anything else unlike what was in the old Google Keyword Tool.
