Would you mind recommending me some best CPA networks?

What ones are weekly payments, best converting offers and 24/7 support?

I would suggest Maxbounty and Neverblue. They are both great companies and do offer weekly payments, but not till you have received at least one payment from them. I am also currently trying out CPAlead and so far they seem to be great as well. Hope this helps a little.
