I have a web design blog,so i want to have a try at these.

There are lots of quality hosting providers that offer affiliate programs.

Some offer one time payment, some offer reoccurring payments.

Just make sure you use a affiliate program from a high quality host. If you promote HostGator, Arvixe, iPage, etc, then many of your readers may recognise these as low quality EIG hosts and loose faith in your site/blog/company.
