While this method has some benefits, in my opinion, you could use this time in better ways.
Have you considered guest posting? (if you don`t know hwat that is ask and I will explain)
Work on your on page SEO and create social media accounts and you should see better results.

As someone said above me, the websites where you are submitting are new and you won`t get too much benefit from them.
