I got some offers from some google adsense account sellers with low price
Should I buy Google Adsense account ? or not and why ?

This is a tricky question. IMP you probably should not buy an Adsense account as it is against their terms of service to "sell, resell" adsense accounts.

A few reasons why

1) You probably want to buy an account when yours gets banned. Your ip and websites are logged with that account. From there the Google Adsense Team (GAT) has scripts that cross reference to determine if you are using multiple accounts are trying to scam them.

2) You might get away with it or you might now. If not then you wasted that money you spent.

We would not recommend buying adsense accounts

Never buy adsense account as It is free for qualifying websites, All you need is just build a good site and apply for adsense you will definitely got approved.

No, never buy. Try to activate adsense on your sites. Best and fastest way is to create blog and write unique contents. Once is activated, you can add ads on every sites.
