Anyone aware of how the king of all search engines at this moment, Google, work during the install of google updates everytime. I hear my clients saying that there is an instant impact on their site, once the google updates are implemented for that period. Anyway of seeing how the google updates impact our site?

Yes it's true that while updating new algorithm you see little bit changes in site traffic. Some time traffic goes high and than return to normal.
